ROACHES

Don't move here. They have a roach problem. They look nice online when we went and visited the outside was kinda giving ick. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but the day we were moving in we were excited. We got our keys and began moving our stuff in. They had a little welcome gift for us on the kitchen counter which was nice i went to use the restroom and a roach had fallen out the wrapped up toilet paper they had on the roll for us. Then we went over and showed it to them. Obviously… that's disgusting. We looked a little deeper into the unit and when we opened the fridge we saw little eggs that's were all over it when we looked at the top of the fridge it was INFESTED with roaches. We ended up moving our stuff out that same day. When we disclosed all of this information to them they did tell us that the previous client had left the fridge gross and they did order a new fridge but they put it in the wrong unit. Either way I wouldn't wanna stay in an apartment that has a bug problem I'm sure if we would have stayed we would have encountered more.

Dont bother

We've lived here 3 years. Before we even moved in there was water damage to the floors from an incorrectly installed dishwasher, which to this day have yet to be replaced. It takes 2-3 DAYS minimum before maintenance will work on a problem after a ticket has been submitted

Getting better

I’ve been living here for two years , and I can say it’s been getting better. New management, they been on since they took over. Taking care of the place, making sure everything is in line . New renovated units. Taking maintenance requests seriously. Handle any problems within the next business day. Better staff members.

Affordable

Nice area with no crime. Good community with lots of stores and a shopping malls near by. So far so good. Thinking of renewing my lease soon :-)
