Wingate Apartments

Perfect "stater" apartment. Don't be fooled by the price, the one bedrooms (currently renting) are spacious. The neighbors are super friendly. Te only thing I would change is the fact that there are no security cameras. But other than that, this is a great place to start building your credit.

1 br apartment.

I found my apartment through apartments.com and immediately applied because of the monthly rent and also the services offered. It's a non smoking, pleasant and quiet place for someone like me who is creative. Even though the buildings were erected in the 1970s, they appear to be quite strong and I love the simplicity of the floor plans. I enjoyed the pool in the summer and I am looking forward to making the most of the basketball rim this fall. I do not rent a garage yet but I am looking forward… to that this coming winter as my manager promised there is always one available for every tenant. The only thing I wish was different was the thickness of the ceilings. They do not seem to have any sound proof material in them.

I found my apartment 4 months ago on apartments.com and I immediately applied because of the monthly rent and the services offered. It's a quiet pleasant place for a creative person like me to live. I love the simplicity of the floor plans and the view from my balcony. Everything is pretty much close to me to a point where I often do not even need a vehicle. I enjoyed the pool in the summer and I'm looking forward to making the most of our basketball rim this fall. Although the buildings were… erected in the seventies, they appear to be quite strong. The only thing that I wish was different was the thickness of the ceilings. They do not seem to have any sound proof material in them.

I grow up around the new hope area"though word of mouth" the wingate apartments have always had its ups an down But i love it really nice place to live great management fantastic outdoor poor party room. An nice number of places to shop highway near by so ya i have enjoyed my stay
