Hidden Valley Apartments

Good place to live I have been here a year and I have seen some ups and downs with noisy tenants and things but overall management has been responsive and helpful about my concerns although thrre was a rough patch with really noisy vehicles for a couple months. Generally I feel safe but it would be nice to have security doors of some kind because we’re pretty vulnerable especially on ground floor. Garret has been patient with my frustration occasionally which is pretty admirable. When I have... needed a repair it’s been pretty prompt. The apartment is starting to show its age but everything works, there’s plenty of really hot water which is an important factor. The price right now is about fair. Any more without significant updates and upgrades would not be. I understand Northfield is taxing hell out of property owners but renters cannot afford to see prices go up right now with everything that’s happening. Various maintenance repairs Prompt and effective solution to requested repairs and changes

I enjoy living here. The staff is very nice and professional. The only complaint I have is the neighbors upstairs are super loud at times.

Great place to live! I moved in July and the apartment is quiet and clean. Had an issue with a kitchen light and they fixed it same day which was so appreciated. The property is clean and feels safe which is appreciated. Only issue I have is finding a place to park outside on weekends which isn’t the end of the world either because I have a garage stall:). Overall very happy.

Smelly Apartment The smell won’t go away. Can’t wait to move. Sorry, but it stinks. The floors and cabinets won’t come clean either.
