Rented apartment here. When I took possession of the unit, there was unfinished construction/refurbishment, as well as city code violations constituting breach of the lease agreement. Subsequent to my requests to address the issues, had to drag the landlord into court to force compliance. Landlord declined to renew the 12-month lease agreement apparently because I was a complaining tenant. I also consider the on-site caretaker to be a completely dishonest and untrustworthy individual! Anyone... would be well advised not to do business with this apartment complex!
