In early September I paid a $300 deposit,and a $45 application fee for an apartment at Creekside Apartments (Plymouth MN) for a late October move-in. I was approved, but on October 2 with one hour's notice, my company shut down my work location, laying off all employees. My job loss was easily confirmed by Steven Scott Management, but they refused to return my $300 deposit, even though I could no longer afford to move into the apartment. I am 80 years-old. I work full-time out of necessity, not... by choice. Please take warning: do your homework on Steven Scott managed properties (there are many). What a reprehensible company!

Best place to live! El mejor lugar para vivir!
Creekside apartments is the best place to live in this area. The management team is the best, they are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of everything. The apartments are in perfect condition. We love living here!

Completely satisfied
If I weren't moving for a job, I would never leave Creekside. The complex is well cared for and all the staff are very nice and helpful. I originally moved here without having first visited over 4 years ago and their description here and on their own website is an accurate reflection of what they offer. The apartments are truly smoke free, so if you are serious about wanting a smoke free apartment that feels like home, Creekside is ideal.
