I stayed for a year while training at St Mary's hospital. The location was great. Walk to hospital takes about 10 minutes. I also liked that there was underground garage. Having grocery store and coffee store on 1st floor is very convenient. Property is clean and well maintained. Andrea, the manager, was awesome. She is responsive, available and organized. If there is issue with the unit, things are fixed right away. The property manager, Andrea, is the best! Anytime I had an issue or questions she would get back to me very quickly via email. The place is always super clean. A ton of amenities to use. I personally loved the gym. It has basic equipment but also a yoga/ ballet room that I did all my at home work outs in! Also extremely convenient to live right above a grocery store and .2 miles from St Marys emergency room. The face of the apartment of complex the manager Ms. Andrea is very kind and receptive.

We visited the Avani Living Apartment complex and the genuine warmth and kindness with which we were received made the biggest difference. Ms. Andrea maintained an open line of communication and was very responsive to all our communication. She gave us a comprehensive tour of the complex and answered all our questions with patience.

Furthermore, the apartment complex is fairly new, very clean and well… maintained with great amenities to include a decently sized gym and meeting/activity rooms.

This is all in addition to the fact that the apartment complex is a walking distance to Mayo Clinic, down town Rochester and has a grocery store literally attached to the building making shopping very convenient.

I have been living at Avani since they opened back in November 2018 and have really enjoyed it - so much so that I plan on living here until I move or find a house! Being an employee at St. Mary's, the location is unbeatable and it is still one of the more affordable apartments among all of the new developments within the area. Having a grocery store underneath is wonderful and it means I don't need to use my car often. The apartment is also nicely situated near the bike path, freeway, gas… station, and some eateries. As for the apartment itself, the common areas and deck are spacious and beautiful. I love that each apartment is new, includes all of the necessary appliances, and the studio's bedroom is cordoned off by its own door. One aspect that truly separates this apartment from others is the free off-street parking. Finally, the apartment manager, Andrea, is great!
