First & Banks is an apartment community in Rochester, MN
The aesthetics might be pretty, but the windows are leaky, and you will hear every step your neighbor makes. The view is an auto part store, and the rent is outrageous for a cheaply constructed apartment. I can hear water dripping after my neighbor flushes their toilet. Dont waste your money here

New Building Right Downtown
New construction in prime location with all the amenities we could need. Paige was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend.
