Green Arbor Commons is conveniently located just off 37th Street NW, less than a half mile from the Highway 52 on-ramp, so you can get anywhere in Rochester quickly and easily. Need to run to the grocery or convenience store? Target and Hy-Vee are both less than three miles away. Don't want to deal with downtown parking hassles? This location is less than a mile from the northwest Park-and-Ride lot.

Rollling Greens

Wonderful complex! So close to shopping. It is on the city bus line. Management it fabulous! Nice green space between bulidings.

My Home

I love my apartment! My 4 unit building is part of a small complex and is secure and it is kept very clean. I live alone and I have plenty of room for all of my possessions; there are lots of closets! I have a 2 bedroom unit and I have converted the second bedroom to a home office. Each apartment unit has one garage stall with additional storage closets, and the garage is just steps away from the front door. Additionally, there is beautiful green space in the back with huge trees that provide... shade and the grounds are very well kept. The management company is responsible for all emergencies & maintenance of the building and they are very prompt in getting things taken care of. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping.
