Awesome Place to Live

Management is great and responds timely. Maintenance requests are responded to timely. I've enjoyed living there for 4 years. Nice community. Pet friendly. Great location right off of highway 52. Quiet. Nice underground parking. Definitely recommend.

New management is great!

Since being taken over by a new owner last year, the management and care of the building has improved significantly. While its north of town a bit, its a well maintained place with friendly neighbors.

Don’t do it.

There was quite a few times over the two years we lived here that maintenance did not respond to our request or took a very long time to come. Also when we were moving out we were told we would receive our security deposit back in a month. A month and a half later, no word from management and no security deposit. We called management six times and left one voicemail and we received no response. My boyfriend had to drive 20 minutes from our new place to Kascade apartments and wait for hours for… management to show up just so he could talk to them about it. It wasn’t even about the money anymore just the fact that they were refusing to respond. Management stated it would be sent out ASAP. Three more weeks go by and nothing. Still no responses and still waiting for that security deposit. A place that tries so hard to not give you money back is definitely not a good place to live.

A place I call home

Kascade Place is the total package. It gives you that homie feeling while also giving you the flexibility to prepare for your future endeavors. The people are absolutely wonderful. They also offer free coffee, water, newspapers, and the occasional sweet treat in the lobby. There is nothing better then grabbing a FREE coffee on your way to work. The parking is exceptional as they offer free parking outside or underground parking (for small price) that is perfect for the size of building. The… also have a weight room an cardio room that has plenty of enough equipment. This place is as high-class as they come for a very affordable price. I am sure I am missing so many perks of this wonderful place.
