If you would like to schedule a tour, please reach out to... carly@dwellmanagementgroup.com and we would be happy to assist you. We also have a staff member onsite Monday - Friday from 11am to 3pm if stopping by works best for you!

Horrible management comoany

JMC the management company refused to reimburse me for utilities after my lease was over for 5 months…definitely watch out for them! They value money more than they do their tenants and treating them ethically. They own a lot of properties in Rochester. Stephanie was great but she is no longer at The Lofts

Great place to live!

This apartment was one of the nicest we ever lived in. The best part was that the property manager, Stephanie who is very nice, reliable, and always on top of everything. She made us so easy to live there. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
