Summit Square

The apartments themselves are good for the price. There's a lot of storage and space, the apartments are clean and function well. My biggest issue is with the community of people who live here. I feel unsafe here because I have experienced drug deals and domestic disputes going on right outside my bedroom, cops swarming the building looking for someone, gunshots, and random people banging on my door late at night. There's some sort of police building next to the property, so at least there's… that. Loud neighbors are normal, but I have ones that yell and scream all day long, stomping around and running around so much that my curtains shake and posters fall off the walls. There is no place that packages go, except the main office if you're lucky, so they will sit out in the entrance with the mailboxes and get stolen. Parking is not enforced, so even if you pay to park here, you may end up having to park on the street because anybody can park in the lots. I lived in this community for a long time and the experience was amazing. They do resident events almost every month and are always very helpful. The maintenance team, Steve and Brandon, were always really quick to get things back in order if I had a maintenance request. I had for almost 15 years and this was the best community I ever lived in. The people in the office were always really nice and professional. I found management to be very helpful and they spent extra time with me helping me to be able to manage initial move-in costs. With a current tight budget. However I will be working with a successful company and be able able to afford a home here. There are 2% company discounts and my company was one that qualified for the discount. Please ask about potential company discounts and if there might be other additional reductions & discounts that could help the move-in process. Summit Square was… unique among all other apartment communities and the approval process was very quick. I would highly recommend this Community & management. They were stars where others were very discouraging. I had a very difficult process as my credit score was not stellar and cost-of-living is higher here. However recent with a good recent rental history and stellar employment history can be helpful & recognized with this company. We really like our current home. We have a 2 bed 1 bath and its very spacious. We have personal space and normaly have no problems from other neighbors. The management here is very professional unlike a few other places we have seen. We are however planning on moving out at the end of September do to rent raising and the fact that we already have trouble paying all of our bills with the price we pay now.
