I called maintenance this morning to have my A/C checked,within 20 minutes they were here within 45 minutes they had replaced it with a brand new one. I guess that's the perks of having your apartment mgr who also works maintenance, always clean here and the friendliest professional staff I've ever had. Happy tenent.

Awesome location, kid and pet friendly and great management
Axis apartments are a quick drive, walk, or bike-ride to many restaurants, stores, and activities in the heart of St. Cloud. The apartments are well maintained and spacious with plenty of on-site parking. The new ownership and management team is friendly and responsive and they consider cleanliness and the safety of their tenants a top priority. If you are looking for a new place to call home and you have children or pets and want to be situated near activities in St. Cloud then Axis apartments... are a great choice!
