Not Worth the Price

I lived here for three years. I lived relatively unbothered with the two exceptions. 1) Crime. It was consistent and never-ending. Break ins, brawls, robberies. Rampant drug sales. Vandalism of cars and property.

2) The management. Management made no effort to curb this crime nor did they seem to care, relying instead on residents to call the police. They provided the bare minimum of care to their tenants. Repair requests were rarely dealt with in an timely and orderly fashion. Management,… simply, is just indifferent to the tenants cares.

I don't understand how they justify the price of rent given the conditions you have to live in.

One property manager to manage nearly a dozen apartments. Unreliable amenities. Break ins occur. Only live here if you want the location.
