PLEASE tour the place before you apply.
It looks genuinely nothing like this listing. Like, nothing like it. The entire place looks extremely run down, smells of mold, and there's no locks to get in the building.
Literally anyone could walk right in and be outside your door.
They are definitely not worth the price it's listed as.
If you actually want to live here, for the love of god tour the place, and ask to tour the actual unit you'd be living in.

Roach and mice infested
Less then 24 hours after signing the lease we had found evidence of a roach infestation. They reused to let us out of the lease and insisted that we had to stay and tried to blame us even though this was the first time we have ever encountered the problem. We had asked the exterminator who admitted they were spraying other apts for the same issue. We also found a mouse in the apt and when I brought it up to management and the maintenance I was told "you must not have lived on a farm" and "to... grab a plastic bag and take care of it" like where was I going to put a live mouse. After several weeks of dealing with the management we bought out of our lease because they refused to even give us a chance to move apts. Just an overall really bad expirance with rude management
