My roommate and I have lived here for over a year and a half now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Bob is always super responsive and helpful whenever we have a maintenance issue, and its fixed in a couple of days. The area and neighbors are great too. Nobody is ever too loud, and the walls are thick enough that you can't hear much in your own apartment. Our apartment was recently updated too, so all of the appliances and everything worked great! Really, you couldn't ask for a better... apartment. The only reason we left was because we outgrew our apartment and wanted some more space.
