AWFUL

Way too overpriced! Moved into a dirty apartment. WAY too much theft in this area! “Free” WiFi is SLOW and always out of service!!! The new door system they had installed never works! And you have to email them telling them it’s out of service, no one is proactive here. Bedrooms are small and the walls are paper thin (you can hear every conversation and the people walking above you!) Don’t let their “new” amenities trick you!

Building systems such as internet service and entry… access have been fixed, and our team continues to focus on improving communication, maintenance response, and overall reliability for residents. We also take apartment preparation seriously, and every home is cleaned and inspected prior to move-in to help ensure residents start with a positive experience.

YG Flats continues to serve many residents today, and our team remains committed to maintaining the community and addressing concerns when they arise. For anyone considering YG Flats now, we encourage you to reach out to our team or schedule a tour to see the community as it is today.

ESCAPE NOW IF YOU CAN!!!

Want to live in a place under continuous construction? A place where management gives you less than 18 hour notice telling you to move all your furniture so they can put in an A/C (and then never shows up and makes you do it over again 5 days in a row)? Want a place where they will do construction on the evenings and weekends without warning you in advance? Want a place where they take away your use of the laundry room for months on end and make you take it out? Then this is the place for you!!… Management won't answer questions. They just don't care. Gotta get those renovations in to suck more $$$ from future residents. Don't fall for it - their A/C isn't enough to cool the entire apartment. Go somewhere else while you can.

Large-scale building improvements can sometimes create temporary disruptions for residents, and we understand how… challenging that can feel when construction is ongoing.

Since that time, the renovation project at YG Flats has been fully completed. The building updates, including the installation of air conditioning systems and other improvements, are now finished, and the community is no longer undergoing the construction activity you described. Our team has also worked to improve communication processes and overall resident experience in the years since these renovations were completed.

For anyone considering YG Flats today, the community you see now reflects the finished results of those upgrades. If prospective residents ever have questions about the building or amenities, we encourage them to reach out to our management team directly so we can provide the most up-to-date information!
