Welcome to 479 Michigan St. Unit 2! This recently updated, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is on the upper floor of a up-down duplex. In the unit, you'll find plenty of storage space and tasteful updates to both the kitchen and the bathroom. There are two separate entrances (front and back) for the unit. The back stair well leads down to the backyard, which is also where the cellar stairs to the basement are located. Each unit has it's own set of washer and dryer in the basement as well as plenty of storage. For unit 2, the only access to the basement is through the cellar stairs.
In the backyard, you will find a nice open green space. There is also a bonfire pit that you are welcome to use.
On the east side of the house is the driveway. It is only wide enough for one car, which is reserved for Unit 1. There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house.
We are located in the vibrant, trendy West 7th neighborhood. Right out the front door you will have multiple breweries, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment venues at your fingertips. Downtown is just one mile away, and the shops on Grand Avenue is a quick 15 minute walk. Our location is right off of 35E, which provides easy access to some of the main highways in the metro. Also nearby are beautiful parks, community gardens, and the river walk. This is truly one of the best areas to live in the metro.
