The nicest property in East St Paul

The apartments are completely renovated with granite counters and nice cabinets. Most apartments in this neighborhood are stuck in the 70s. There is a gym, a community room, and friendly staff. Easy access to the highway.

Never rent here

I currently rent here. It’s the worst ever. It’s o my gotten worse as well. They never return calls or emails. They are never around. My building is a nasty mess. Mice all the time. Call to have them come and Never do. It’s not safe you have 10 people hanging out side at 2am. No matter the cops called they do it anyway. Don’t rent here. Not worth the price.

Well, I love... (Verified Renter)

Well, I love the kitchen with updated appliances. I mean for the rent price I pay it is affordable. Would not because other residents smoke weed. It is in the hallways always lingering and the carpet of the hallways needs to be replaced.
