Five Stars! Within two hours of entering the maintenance request on line, the technician Mike was at my door to address the situation. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Mike was courteous, friendly, skillfull and knowledgeable.

Maintenance I put in a maintenance request for a leaky garbage disposal and Mike responded the next day. He was very thorough and the repair was over quickly.
I got a chance to visit with him and found him to be very pleasant to talk to.
It’s a good thing to interact with friendly people even if it’s over a busted disposal unit.

Basement Drain Flooding Madison Rockwood Technicians were at my door to assess and resolve the situation within minutes after I called it in to the maintenance AI. Very impressed with the AI attendant, the courtesy and professionalism of the technicians.

Upon entering discussion of renting, the staff were very attentive and helpful. When my application had an issue, they resolved it in a timely manner and were very helpful.
Upon moving in, we were met with a big disappointment. We were told there were fresh renovations and new appliances. The renovations included painting over cracked walls and trim, nail holes that were not filled, scratched new appliances, functional yet self-damaging cupboards, and damaged covered vanities.
The cleanliness... overall was abhorrent. The new dishwasher had mold in it. The stove/oven was installed incorrectly. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work and rather than fix it, they removed it. The walls are dirty with either running sweat marks or black smudges. The cabinets were filthy while only replacing the doors to fit the "renovated" caption. The sink/garbage disposal also had mold in it while described as "renovated." The washer/dryer old was filthy. Soap scum in the washer, along with debris of past uses. And a dryer vent that had not been cleaned out to the point of a burning smell when used.
The bathroom was atrocious upon moving in. We were met with poop stains in the toilet and dried urine covering the toilet itself and the surrounding area. The shower drain was clogged with mold and debris from past use. As well as the shower being stained yellow in random areas to include holes in the tub. The walls of the bathroom all have yellow running marks with pooled dripping areas.
Several of the windows have broken locks. Several of them are unsealed, allowing outside air to pass freely. This has left the entire apartment with the smell of cigarette and marijuana throughout the day, consistently.
The floors are in need of service or repair. There are very few places to step that are not met with loud squeaking and creaking. I can only imagine how obnoxious this must be for the tenants that live under the unit.
Since being here just shy of two weeks, we have had maintenance come in to correct the 120+ pictured issues. Their "repairs" left the spaces they worked in worse conditions than when they arrived. They replaced the bathroom fan and left the dirt, lint, and debris that had fallen out, without cleaning after themselves. They "fixed" a cabinet door that was damaging another, just to move it in the way of another cabinet to repeat the original issue.
