We enjoy living here

I really like my townhome and the property is clean. Anytime I've stopped by the office the staff has been nice - the property manager Erica was friendly and patient with all our questions. The garage is really convenient. Overall, we've been really happy since moving in.

No worth the money! Very expensive for what it offers

Is too expensive for what it offers. We moved out in one year! They will charge you 1000 for carpet replacement if you have a pet even after all the fees you pay for it. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. We have experienced several issues since the day we moved in and it has been a headache ever since. The company does not stand by or enforce their policies they put in place. Very disappointing that the materials are so cheap. They also can't seem to keep… employees very long as it is always someone new in the office. Very disappointing community, look elsewhere

DO NOT RENT!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. We have experienced several issues since the day we moved in and it has been a headache ever since. The company does not stand by or enforce their policies they put in place. Very disappointing that the materials are so cheap that we couldn't even hang curtains. They also can't seem to keep employees very long as it is always someone new in the office. Can't wait until our lease is up! Very… disappointing community, look elsewhere!!
