Good Location but would avoid because of new management
Good location but very disappointed in the new management.
1. Had mold issues twice. First time they were there immediately cleaning and fixing. Second time we found some in a closet next to an outer wall we never used. This time they charged us out of our deposit for the mold even though we had nothing to do with it. Not sure why they have mold problems.
2. Also on moving out they charged us for a broken blind that was broken when we moved in.
3. They kept all of our deposit but $70 and... had no plans of returning that amount until I reached out to them 60 days after our lease had ended.
4. They charged us an extra $100 for a late charge when they took over ownership because our auto draft wouldn't work anymore. We had no idea this would take place and caught it on the 5th when hadn't been taken out and was still charged $100.
5. They look to raise your rent $100 each year.
6. They are very disrespectful when we tried to talk to them about these issues.
Not sure what all options are out there in Branson but would avoid dealing with this group if possible.
