Fabulous location, large space in and out. Extra storage, hardwoods, living spaces on each floor, pets are allowed only with notice, and $20 per mo per pet, with a max of 2 for all 4 tenants. Off-street parking for 4, the driveway is double deep and there is a concrete pad in front of the 3 lower-level windows for 2 cars. There's also easy parking on the street in front of the house on a very wide, non-busy street.

We did a full update to the 2 bathrooms - new shower, new bath/shower combo, new vanity lights & mirrors. Wifi is available to tenants for an add'l $10 per room ($40 total/month). We also installed keyless locks on both doors - no need to worry about prior tenant keys. The lease term is 1 year - Aug through July, due on the 1st.
