DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
The property management company Real Equity management is impossible to reach. Additionally they charge move out charges. The staff do not tell the entire truth regarding prior damages. Please do not rent from them.

Negative Stars - Do Not live here
The property on locust was built cheap and maintained cheap as well, All of the furnishing are low quality despite the high rent. The management appears to just be College students and simply do nothing when asked or questioned. My son was charged fines upon move out for normal wear and tear on already cheap furnishings. Just a terrible experience. Students and parents, please avoid the trouble, hassle and frustration of living here.

Worst apartment in the world
TERRIBLE experience. These people and the manager are awful. Broke into my apartment while I had a friend staying there and called the cops for a squater. Fine you for anything they can make up. Don’t make the same mistake — they are AWFUL.

Brookside Downtown is the nicest in CoMo
We have had a great experience at Brookside Downtown. Our daughter's 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment is huge and about as beautiful as you will find in all of CoMo. It is conveniently located across the street from Mizzou. It has high ceilings and great amenities. Being from out-of-state- I really appreciated that it was completely furnished and utilities were included. I am bummed she will not be living here next year - but hope that she will be back at Brookside for grad school!
