Best apartment in Columbia

Staffs have great service attitude, the property is clean and well-maintained, the scenery around the apartments is excellent, and groceries and Columbia mall is so close.

Clean, Beautiful, and Spacious!!

These apartments are kept so clean and they're always keeping appliances and even facilities up-to-date. The two bedroom apartments have plenty of privacy and space for full-size furniture, which is sometimes an issue when renting. Thank you, Rachel, for showing me this place!

I am home

I have lived at Kelly Ridge for 9 months now and I love it here. It is so nice to be in an apartment community without smoking and away from area campuses. The Property Staff are courteous, professional, helpful and timely. I have had experiences with Olive, Megan & Rachel and Maitenance Staff Greg and Oscar who were very helpful. The property is pristine, well kept & cared for especially with snow removal. The apartmennts are quiet, the neighbors friendly. Great layouts in the apartments with… lots of storage. I have yet to spend time in the workout area and pool area but am grateful they are available. The area around Kelly s Ridge is handy with a variety of shopping, eating and worship opportunities. In a phrase, I am home!

Wonderful place to live

As a long time resident of Kelly's Ridge, I just don't know where to begin in shouting out my praise for this community. I have found the office staff to be thoughtful, empathetic,respectful and kind, in managing this large complex. They have the experience to anticipate when problems may occur and take action quickly. As this complex ages, and maintenance problems occur, our two men, Oscar and Greg, are prompt in their response and efficient in doing the work necessary. Our comfort living here,… seems to be their top concern. As far as favorites go, they are all my favorites, and I sing their praises often to my family and friends. No other apartments can beat this convenient location. Our doctor and dentist are across the road and Walmart and Hy-Vee are in walking distance for the younger folks. We feel safe and snug in Kelly's Ridge. Richard and Marie Whelihan

Great location

Great location and really cool floor plans to choose from. Rachel was a big help, knew a lot about the area and answered all my questions.
