Maintenance is quick and so nice! Everyone is involved and it's a good community! Location is a little rough but they can't really help that.

Everybody seems friendly and very helpful our neighbors introduced there self’s and helped us move it was very friendly and every body is pretty quiet not a lot of noise at night

Do not live here. Management does not take the concerns of residents seriously, the buildings are ancient and in dire need of repair, this apartment complex is in one of the worst areas of Columbia, the rent is much too high for the quality of the units, and I never feel safe when I'm on the grounds (even in my own unit).
