So far so good, the apartment building is as advertised online. It is very close to a lot of local shopping centers, places to eat, grocery stores and gas stations. It is also close to Mizzou which is very convenient for students.

Aylssa and Mat is very helpful. They are always available to handle any situation i have and make you feel welcomed. I had some small issues when moving in and they made sure everything was taking care of. Maintenance responds right away when putting in a work order

Great amenities, love living here so far. Staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Haven’t met too many of the neighbors yet but they all seem nice as well. I’m very happy we moved here!

Good community, friendly management. The ac works well, haven’t had much for problems. The downsides is small kitchen space and the laundry is located on site but it’s still a downside to walk and do your laundry and pay about 3.50 to do a full set of laundry unless you need to dry longer then it’s gonna cost more. Overall a good area and decent apartments
