As a community that takes pride in presenting itself as a luxury property, cleanliness and... upkeep of our grounds — especially common areas like the dog park — are extremely important to us. The concerns you mentioned regarding litter, dog waste stations being out of bags, overflowing bins, and lighting delays are not acceptable, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
We do conduct routine property walks and regular maintenance checks; however, it’s clear from your comments that we need to improve both the frequency and responsiveness in certain areas. We are addressing the dog park maintenance immediately by reviewing the servicing schedule for waste stations and trash removal to ensure they are stocked and emptied consistently. We are also speaking with our maintenance team to ensure common-area lighting is replaced more promptly moving forward.

We’re aware of the tiles that need to be replaced and are actively working to get... this resolved. Unfortunately, the repair requires seven consecutive days without rain to ensure the new tiles set properly and safely—something the recent weather hasn’t allowed.

Please know this is a top priority for us, and we’re monitoring the forecast closely to move forward with the repair as soon as conditions permit. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
