Electricity through Ameren Missouri and water/sewer through the City of Eldon are tenant responsibility. Hilltop will provide lawn care and trash service.

We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per pet, with a maximum of two animals.

Interested? Your first step is for each adult (18 and older) to submit a FREE screening application at . A $40 fee that covers background/credit check and pet verification will be required of each adult applicant later in the process if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We do annual leases, and we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
