Love living at Sugar Creek Apts in Fenton! Grounds immaculate, staff attentive, apartment layout spacious and on trend- wonderful outdoor space including pool and trails. Even though has a quiet secluded vibe it has easy access to major highways!

Love the apartment! It’s pretty bad regarding road noise morning and evening, and with the vaulted ceiling in the The Great room, which is wonderful, a ceiling fan would work wonders controlling the temperature in the apartment.
