Amazing staff. Tiffany is the best! Maintenance is fast and does a very good job. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Great community to live in.

Very clean apartments. There’s a nature trail I walk my dog on and she loves it. Office staff are friendly and so is the maintenance crew. Great experience at Sugar Creek Apartments.

Sugar Creek Apartments is a very quiet community, with a great staff, apartments are beautiful, lots of shopping and eating close by, minutes from the highway, worship campus close by. Come check it out you won't be disappointed

Sugar Creek Apartments are exactly what I was looking for! They had all the amenities I wanted, & were by far the most spacious & beautiful. The neighbors and staff are super friendly, making me feel right at home. Maintenance is also top notch. They get here fast, are personable & professional, & fix the issue quickly. I looked at all the other competing apartments in the area, & feel I easily made the best choice.

Clean facility for the most part. Maintenance is quick to respond which is nice. Beautiful apartments and appliances. Nice walking trail behind apartments to walk your dog and the pool is maintained well. Would recommend to others and have.
