Take these reviews serious before you invest your hard earned money into a terrible complex. April 14, 2019 During renovations of the roof, the roofers did not finish fixing the roof in time before it started raining. In a result of that I had water damage through my ceilings and walls which led to the items in my home being destroyed. My home smelled of mildew, I was skeptical about mold forming and my ac unit had already went out prior to that. To make matters even worse is how the complex… handled the situation, I was not offered another unit so I requested a termination of my lease. I also requested my deposit back because while moving out of the apartment because of the damages I wasn't living there. Arbor Village practically got a month of free rent from me because I couldn't stay there because of the damages, I had to make arrangements for me to stay somewhere else while I moved my items out of the destroyed apartment within a week. The leasing agent ronda as well as the property managers had terrible customer service and did not acknowledge the situation as they should. there only response was "YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER WE DO A WALK THROUGH OF THE APARTMENT," I feel that with the apartment being destroyed because of the complex's actions I should automatically have my money refunded because I had to move out of the unit and such a haste and find elsewhere to live. Let me say how disappointed I am of how sloppy this place is being ran. Everything they said at the signing of my lease was a lie. Maintenance is SAD and messy they can't change a lightbulb. The appliances needs to be upgraded are fixed properly before someone gets seriously hurt!

if i could leave zero stars for these people i would. i moved out on jan 3 i did a walk through with the property mananger she said that everything was clean and perfect expect for a small red stain that was the size of a dime. She advised me that of course that i would be charged for the cleaning fee and that could be anywhere from 25-45 dollars tops. And that i had nothing to worry about and that she would call me back with how much the cleaning fee would be. I never got a call from her. I… called on jan 25 to check status the rep advised me that there systems have been down for a whole month and that she would give me a call back that next day. I didn't hear from them so i dropped by the office and the property manager basically told me that she didn't when i would be getting a check b/c of the systme issues. So i then asked for a number to the head office. when she gave me the number she basically told me that it was nothing they could do to rush the process as well.So on jan 26 i reached out to Darcy and she advised me that she would take a look at this for me and that she would get everything fixed for me and that she would give me a call on monday 1/29. 1/29 came and i didn't here from darcy. So I called her back on 1/30 and she told me that out of 200 that i would only 30 dollars back due to them not being able to clean the spot that is a size of a DIME?? I then asked to speak to her manager and she told me that i would have to leave a voicemail for her and that she would return my call. Wouldn't provide me with a phone number for her.
