Great Community To In

Mint is excellent choice to reside in and they take care of their community. They go extra mile with plan events for their residents and their families. That's besides making it a well kept place to live for all of us that live here. Thanks for everything and we love it here!

The mint

I love my place I been living here for about 4 years now . It’s a safe place to call home! Ever since they are new management it’s been nothing but great customer service! All the staff are super nice and friendly and most important professional and making sure your needs are meet. The appearance of the grounds are always well-groomed and presentable to the community. Also I love how the neighbors look out for one another and respectful. If you are looking for a place to call home THE MINT… TOWNHOMES are it! You won’t regret your choice Of the spacious And clean tri-level homes! ??

Love it!!!!

I moved here in August and I love it! Jalisa in the leasing office made my move here so easy. I love how they built a mini dog park and playground to meet the residents needs! I love how they have events and parties for holidays and seasons. I've had to call maintenance a couple of times they always came in a timely manner and send you an email on your experience. The online payment portal is easy to use. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable, reasonable town home.

Wouldn't e people to live here

My apartment is ok.. the thing is the basement floods when it rains and they alway temporary fixing the problem.. I shouldn't have to pay rent. Looking for another place to stay but if I can't move why not get free rent paid for me!
