Best rental we have ever had

We’ve really enjoyed living here. The property is nice and well taken care of. Kristy Drew, the property manager, is what really makes a difference. She’s always friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help whenever something comes up. You can tell she actually cares about the people who live here and isn’t just doing a job. It’s nice knowing you have someone in the office who listens and will do what she can to help. We’re really happy to call this place home!

Fantastic Property!

The hubs and I love Kensington! The office staff is pretty amazing and have always been available. Maintenance is top notch and everyone is so very friendly. We are grateful for our apartment and new beginning! Oh, did I tell you about the new gym!
