Next Phase of Life

I had researched several independent senior living facilities for my mother that would be financially reasonable and yet had a neighborhood feel to its location. These apartments offer both. The application process is thorough, so be prepared to have all documents in order for a faster turnaround timeframe. Although, a maintenance issue had presented itself, it was resolved quickly by the property manager which I greatly appreciate. There are lots of friendly faces that welcome the opportunity… to socialize.

poorly maintained

They don’t fix things that are broken/need repair.
They have an automatic hand sanitizer machine in lobby
But it has been empty for 4 months. They say it’s not
for them to provide for their tenants or visitors.
Elevator door needs repair.

poor customer service

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LADY WHO OPERATE THE OFFICE SEEM TO BE OVERWHELMED WITH HER DUTIES. THEY GIVE FALSE HOPE TO SENIORS. A MOVE IN DATE WAS SCHEDULED AND THE UNIT WAS INSPECTED TO FIND OUT TWO DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE IN DATE THAT ALL MY CREDENTIALS HAD NOT BEEN VERIFIED. SHE CONTINUED TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND UNTIL I GOT DISCOURAGE. NO SENIOR SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE THE PROPERTY MANAGER FAIL TO DO HER JOB.......

This is totally not true. I am the property Manager and I am always professional no matter how I'm treated by the disgruntled applicants or their family members. I was told by the daughter of a prospect that she was going to give me a bad rating… online due to her mother's application being declined, so I was prepared for this targeted online review. I pride myself in being professional even in times when applicant's are declined. I can't speak about this applicant's particular circumstances, but I can say that all applicant's must provide documentation of their income and assets and proof of employment.
