Good area, nice apartments. Maintenance will fix issues pretty fast. It’s easy to reup your lease. I truly have no complaints and I like living here.

I've been living in this community for several months and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The leasing office staff are friendly, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth.

The apartment itself is well-designed with good natural lighting and modern finishes. I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the respectful neighbors.

That said, there have been a few minor hiccups with... maintenance—sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups to get things fixed, and the response time could be quicker. Also, parking can get a bit tight in the evenings.

Overall, I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, especially if you value a quiet, safe environment.

The place is pretty nice, and normal tasks like paying rent and renewing the lease are made pretty convenient, but it is sometimes a struggle to get issues resolved with maintenance tickets.

We like the location. Staff is not the best when it comes to getting things done and can be rude. Noise from neighbors is loud, and can hear Manchester traffic.

It’s been nice, payments are a bit to figure out at first but everything has been nice so far. The location we’ve been able to live in along with maintained services we’ve needed in the past have been awesome.
