It would be better if there was a property manager you could actually talk to with out an attitude or even get information about what's going on or what changes is being made there's a lot of things that could be better such as communication and being a better community.

I moved in here May 22nd of 2021, the AC wasn't working things were broke took three days to fix the AC broke down again and like two weeks and then they fixed it after about four days and then that the brand non-stop well about a month-and-a-half after I was living here it went out took him six weeks to fix my AC unit it's got cockroaches that has mice infested with cockroaches that they won't get rid of them I tried the places are pretty sizable but the management will I fix anything I got an... Last year around this time we got new management (Juan and Monica) and they have really turned the property around. They hired a new maintenance person and now all the work orders actually get done. My fridge went out and they replaced it the same day! I’m super happy here. I recommend it! I wouldn’t have said this a year and a half ago.

I lived at Meadowbrook for a year before buying a house and the apartment was amazing! The bedrooms and closets are enormous! The manager is by far the nicest and most considerate manager I have ever met. The maintenance staff was also exceptional.
