Don't move here

We had mold roaches in mice it was horrible I had water coming from my lights fixture and then they never fix anything it was a mess my apartment flooded i live there in 2016

Uninhabitable! Don't move here!

Unless you're extremely desperate I wouldn't move to this complex. Roach infestation. No regular exterminating. No screens on windows or patio doors. Non-working AC. Property manager, Steve, never answers office phone or returns calls. He's never available. His only concern is to collect rent. He is less concerned that tenants have a habitable and safe apartment.

This is a dangerous complex

This property has constant criminal activity. Several shootings a year. Another person shot there on 4-29-20.

Sucks

This is a horrible apt. Bad management. Water sucks. Roaches. Mold in ceiling. This place is in horrible position!!

LANDLORD????????

Don't move here! Landlord never answers the phone, doesn't fix anything, doesn't care about his tenants at all, and is just down right rude.
