Spacious!!

Beautiful and spacious! My 3 bedroom is very spacious love the vaulted ceiling and the balcony. Office staff is very friendly and maintenance stays on top of everything. Highly recommend living here.

BUGS

It was a decent place to live sort of. My fiancé and I lived in a studio with just having to deal with the small space and sometimes the homeless dumpster diver, but when we transferred to a 3 bedroom unit we found painted over roaches in two of our rooms and 2 nests of them under our appliances. They didn’t inform us beforehand, but apparently the whole building had a problem years prior to this and continued to. Very poor pest control really and poor management.

Unfortunately NOT Smoke free.

They claim the Studio's are smoke free but you will get bleed-over from chain smokers who smoke 24/7 even while they sleep. If you live on the upper floors you will be inhaling other peoples 2nd hand smoke all night while you sleep.

It's an okay place to live. But just be aware of what I've wrote above.

Beyond Satisfied!

I moved into a new remodeled unit similar to the 1 bedroom video and I couldn't be happier. I love the colors and my vaulted ceilings in my living room. The staff made is easy to apply and get moved in. I have not had any issues but I always see maintenance out and about busy. Love my new home.
