Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you encountered issues with secondhand smoke during your time at Campbell Reserve. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when expecting a smoke-free environment. While... our policy is to promote smoke-free living, we also recognize that in multifamily communities, smoke can sometimes travel between units despite our best efforts.

Since this review was posted, new management has taken over, and we are working hard to improve the living experience for all residents—including reviewing and reinforcing policies that support a healthier and more comfortable environment.
