Aspen Landing

I've lived at this place for three years and never had a maintenance call that went well and never delt with the staff without walking away worse off. Don't trust the price they list as they will add about $100 of extra charges a month. We haven't even had a functional mail box for four months and they refuse to give updates. Worse yet if you don't go into the office don't expect any communication from them.

When we moved in we were told they would offer us in-unit washer/dryer for an increase in rent at a later date, we got an email about that asking if we're still interested, and we've heard nothing since september. It is now February. In addition our laundry facility has been shut down several times, and is now boarded up, with no warning or information from property management. The office is kind up front, but never responds to emails, the office is only open 10a to 5p m-f, and only 10-4 on... saturday, no sunday hours available, and on saturday the management is rarely actually in the office. I'm not sure what they're doing. End of the day I can only access management by taking off of work. We've had consistent mail/deliveries problems, and management has closed two of the entrances to our parking lots. There's decent bones to the property, but the management issues need to be addressed, and the offered services need to be repaired before I could recommend this place. Read More

I was in the process of moving here based on the three months free moving special . Turns out that “special” is actually one month free while the rest of the remaining months is a prorated rent amount . That’s not what was advertised AT ALL. Then it’s very hard to receive consistent communication and I have to even moved in yet . Tried signing a lease three times and have been sent a fourth lease because they had the fees mixed up. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. No maintenance, staff gaslights everyone, even the manager is incompetent. Please stay away from here if you want to keep your sanity.

You will be gaslighted and blown off by office staff. Maintenance issues will go unaddressed.
They will tell you that they are short on staff, which has been the excuse since I’ve moved here. Your car will be broken into or stolen. You have to ask for pest control even though you are charged for it monthly. Definitely not worth the headache.
