I would never live at this complex again. I would find at least 15 cockroaches per day, it takes them months to fix any issues, and the apartments themselves are poorly built and maintained. None of the laundry machines on the complex worked, the windows and doors do not seal, there were literal holes in floorboards and cabinets, the hallways were covered in trash, and there was broken glass almost everywhere in the parking lots. Not to mention, cars get broken into and stolen nearly every… night, gunshots can be heard everywhere, and the entire complex reeks of weed. The cheap rent may sound good, but it is not worth it. My apartment flooded with sewage for 3 months, over 20 times and nobody offered me any help. My belongings got damaged I had to relocate to a hotel for a few days due to no working bathroom, I asked about compensation several times and was not offered anything. Rats, mice, roaches EVERYWHERE. They were here when I moved in. Was offered no help with that either and had to get rid of them myself. Requested compensation for my exterminating expenses as well and offered nothing. Mold in my kitchen… even got sick from it and still offered nothing. Taking them to court for sure. Read More

This apartment has bugs and rats everywhere. They even have burnt carpets everywhere. I do not! Recommend this apartment .

This place is TERRIBLE. No one here is even remotely nice. Also, this place is not safe. I hear gunshots almost every night. Maintenance here is terrible and this place is disrepair. Also, crime is very high here. I would not recommend living here even if it was free.
