bad ,terrible unprofessional management and rude no respect no privacy respect they can open your Apt door at anytime and walk-in they don't care about you or your stuff .
I don't recommend it ,learn from our mistake and don't even be tempted to lease at this property

I have lived here about 6 months and really like it. The place was very clean when I moved in and had a new rug. The AC and heating, shower, toilet, cook stove and oven all work as they should. Any maintenance issues are fixed promptly. I should mention the building that I live in (6001) is quite close to I-29 so the traffic is rather noisy.

I moved in fall of 2012. At the time, it was a quiet, safe place to live alone. I stayed in my one bedroom for three years. From 2012-2015, it went downhill. The geese are incredibly loud and make a mess of the sidewalks (I am serious, they are annoying). The studio across from me had 5 people living in it with the scent of illegal substances filling the air daily. My storage unit was broken into and items stolen. Also, not having a garbage disposal is a bigger challenge than you think.
Now... for some perks, their staff is extremely quick to repair anything and everything. They cleaned my carpets, replaced my vanity, replaced light-bulbs and smoke alarm batteries, and killed hornets on my deck. They are cheap-ish and close to grocery stores and highway.
My recommendation? Find a roommate and live in a newer, safer environment.

The best place to start a review for Hunters Glenn is always the excellent staff. I have never once had a problem that they did not fix immediately. They are so nice you almost feel bad for paying the low rent cost. All of the apartments are a great size and quality for the price. Sometimes it can feel a bit small but then you remember that your rent is hundreds of dollars cheaper than any comparable apartment.
If you are looking for a great product with an even better price then this is the... place for you. The staff really does everything they can to make you feel at home. They even send out monthly news letters to keep you on the ball. The common areas are well taken care of and any problems in your home are immediately resolved by the incredible maintenance staff.

First off let's start off with the pool was delayed opening for a month, your phone won't get reception on the first floor (because it's underground) so you will have to chose 2nd or third if you want reliable cell service, and the fitness center is ONLY open during their office hours. Otherwise it's been a suitable place to live.
