Poor Quality

I would not recommend this place because its just filthy. I went to go visit my friend who lives there and it has a horrible smell. It smells like sewage most of the time. I am not sure if they have a cleaning service but they need one because lets not forget how dirty the elevators and hallways are on the upper floors of the building.

Avoid this place

There have been reports of bedbugs and roaches. The property management company is retaliatory. They raise your rent 7% every year. There is crime and vandalism in the building. They charge 60% of your income double the national average of 30%. The building is neglected and dirty and so much more

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed in the application process.
Everything done by cell phone is for young people only. Senior, Boomer Veterans like me
Who are not tech savvy are left out before we can get started. Nooooo help from the rental
Personnel. Very disappointed.

Class for everyone

799 square feet, built in washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floor, all for $700 in the middle of downtown? Is this a dream? No, this is the best apartment building in Kansas City! We'll lit, clean, and modern, this apartment is perfect for residents on a budget who think quality living is for everyone. The staff is personable, the amenities are lovely( gym, lounge, theater, roof top patio). The only downside is that in building parking is $80 a month, but many alternative parking garages age… available within a block of the building.
