We make a request. They close the request as complete when nothing has been done! I keep making a maintenance request about flooding under my front door everytime it rains and nothing has been done to stop this for years!

Andres is always excellent! He was there immediately, ran out and got parts and had it all fixed in less than 30 minutes. He's a gem.
