Cute apartments tucked away with a lot of grass area for my dogs. Management has been been super helpful and amazing to deal with!

Very comfy place!

I absolutely adore my home I've been here for 2 years. The management and the staff are wonderful and quick to respond to my concerns and I greatly appreciate them. Property is nice...

Review

I've lived in regency north for about 5 months and it's pretty horrible. Maintenance is under staffed, when I first lived here that was a creepy maintenance man that entered our apartment at random times to "fix a toilet roll holder" which was fixed the first time he came in. Maintenance issues aren't addressed in a timely manner. The staff in the office have no idea what manners and treating other people with respect is. They sent us pictures of the apartment we were going to get but when we… moved in it wasn't the same apartment. There was an issue when we first moved in because they said we didn't pay the deposit on time but we have multiple emails saying it's due within 24 hours and others saying we can pay when we moved in. There was also a phone call proving that someone in the office said we could pay it on move in day. They wouldn't let us listen to the phone calls but I went up there last week with an issue and another staff let me listen to recent phone calls with no problem. The apartment itself isn't bad at all, it's pretty spacious but just horrible management.

Best decision!

I started to search for apartments 3 months ahead before my lease was up. I visited in 1 day 6 different apartments complex in the North Area- all of them with great deals, amenities and locations. Regency North was the 3rd on my list of appointments. I try to take pictures to all the apartments so I can review them later and make a decision. But Tandra (from Regency North) shared how well the community comes along in the apartments and all the activities they Will do. But the way she talked on… how they care about the community helped me with my decision. The process was super easy and they the management team was always helpful. Glad I made the right decision!
