The staff and amenities are great here! The people living here, and people that come onto the property are not great. My car was stolen (as was another ladies car) and there are parents allowing their children to run around and vandalize the community and just act awful.

The service is very good-the office and maintenance workers are always willing to help with issues. My smoke alarm started chirping on a Saturday and within the hour it was taken care of. Shout out to Crystal and Joe!

Been at Wild Oak for two weeks and the experience has been great! Moving in and getting settled has been seamless, and the neighborhood is beautiful and has a nice cozy feeling. Love it here!
