Great leasing office and staff. We’re extremely helpful with our walk-in tour and getting us ready to move in. Overall nice apartment and amenities. Only downsides are the cost and the slight distance to the rest of Lee’s Summit

Nice quiet area.
Some routine daY and night issues of upstairs tenant..not normal...(sounds like a rowing or something) heard several times day and night..10 p to 2a
Or 4a and continues.
Does affect sleep so that I can get to work daily and refreshed.
Only other issue is response to issues I report.
Enjoy living here.
Reasonable rent.
