Rather unimpressive complex. Management and property owners gave insufficient reason for their actions related to building security—overall dismissive of real concerns we had regarding homeless individuals occupying the stairwells (yes, that creepy under-staircase area) and urinating in the elevator (smelling for days on end). Community members shared experiences with these issues—mind you, single women and the elderly—between each other and management yet never once was a notice posted on the... messages board in the apartment app where “community” announcements go.

Our particular situation was such that we could only use one elevator which I found a homeless person in twice (in addition to sleeping under the stairs). Absolutely no sympathy for my wife and child having to use that elevator while I am on military orders (we have a dog that naturally needs to go out with baby and stroller, morning and night). We had to leave the apartment because of this and eat the early termination fee. Again, not one care given to the sensitive situation. We were told security was being hired but such and such date, which never came to fruition while we were there.

The shipping delivery situation is a pretty big mess, packages everywhere most of the time and unclear directions (or none at all) as to how to get to which apartment. Just bank on delivery people not caring enough to find you and losing 1/5 deliveries in the complex.

The location is great but the complex isn't run very well. They try to position themselves as a luxury apartment complex but seem to want to do less and less. They've started telling us that any packages delivered by UPS or FedEx will be returned if we don't pick them up within two days. Given that the office closes by 5:30, people who work office jobs can't possibly make that deadline. It costs them nothing to leave the packages sitting in their closet, but now they're going to cost their... tenants money by returning their packages. Since UPS and FedEx won't deliver to our doors, it is too difficult to live here if you use Amazon Prime. A better apartment complex would be trying to find ways to accommodate the trend towards online shopping. Read More
