Great property
Nice roomy apartments with all appliances, including washer and dryer. The rent is very reasonable. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Friendly Neighbors.. Nice, clean place to live

Poor Management
The property is poorly managed and repairs take too long to be fixed. Common areas are not cleaned regularly. The elevator leaks when it rains. You can’t reach anyone on the emergency number if you need to. The apartments are not thoroughly cleaned before a tenant moves in. The parking lots are not cleared of snow. Some pets are not kept on leashes as required.
