Exceptional Management and Maintenance Team!

I have had a great experience living here, and I want to recognize the outstanding work of the management and maintenance team. Ryan, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. He always addresses questions and concerns promptly and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

The maintenance team, Kevin and Andriy, are exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever a repair or maintenance issue comes up. Their work is… always completed efficiently and with attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.

Having a management and maintenance team that is reliable, respectful, and dedicated makes a huge difference, and Ryan, Kevin, and Andriy consistently go above and beyond. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to making this a great place to live!

A Great Place to Live

I've lived at Traditions for 3 years and love our apartment, it's spacious, comes with new appliances, amenities such as a pool, courtyard, firepit, gas grills and gym with many trails nearby for me to walk my dog. The property managers and maintenance team are what makes this place feel like home, they are always available, quick to fix issues and help with general upkeep inside my apartment. They also organize community events in the summer and fall which is great. Tucked quietly off Mid… Rivers Mall Dr for easy access to every major highway, it's the perfect location for me and my family.

BEST PLACE TO BE

I have lived at Traditions at Mid Rivers for almost 7 years. I just want to say if you’re looking for a great apartment this is the place. The management team, Ryan and Jack are so friendly and helpful, they even offer to bring your packages to you if you need. The maintenance team Kevin and Andre are awesome. The apartments and landscape are kept up beautifully. The teams here take a lot of pride in this complex and it shows. The people living here are friendly. This is the place to be.

I'm so thankful that I chose The Traditions! The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept and sound barrier is very good. I couldn't be any happier.

They treat you like family

Such an amazing apartment complex. We have lived here for 3 years and it has been nothing but positivity. The staff is so kind and maintenance always comes super quickly to help with anything we need! The complex grounds themselves are kept spotless and they are always on top of landscaping. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend !
